Yes – but a FAST!

Yes guys it is that easy !  – This is a thing we do everyday, and we all can improve our performance, but it has to be a brisk walk.  So put walking as an exercise in your daily routine, – but brisk please ! ( If nothing is in the way like a heart condition.)

In a study of middle aged men, and older, Harvard researchers found that exercise resulted in a 30-percent lower risk of erectile dysfunction (ED). More specifically, according to another study,  activity that burns at least 200 calories per day (equal to fast walking for two miles) can significantly lower the risk of ED.

Brisk walking is thought to help ED by improving circulation and blood flow.

Fast walking, running, and other brisk activities probably help your sex life for the same reason that they prevent heart attacks. It clears your blood vessels!

The result can be stronger and longer erections, and endorphins help relax you, which can boost performance on the home front.
